Aguila
Dorada

"The idea for the narrative behind this collection came from a conversation I had with a friend, who told me a tale about an old archaeologist she had once met. He had a deeply weathered face, every line telling a story of his adventures across the world – and, most importantly, he wore a giant gold lion’s head ring. It was battered and beaten up, but mesmerizingly beautiful.

I couldn't get the image out of my head, and from this grew the tale of ‘Aguila Dorada’, based around a character who had sailed the seven seas. "

Double Pearl
Shackle Choker

Secured by a working screw closure of yellow gold, this string of Akoya black pearls decadently muses the interplay between the pleasure and restraint of the shackles found on ships.
